This website is operated by Two Cousins Coffee Panama LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Two Cousins Coffee Panama LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our site.

Products and pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Products as food

Our coffee is a food product, roasted and packaged for consumption. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before ordering. Our coffee is roasted and packaged in a facility that processes only coffee products; we do not currently process nuts, dairy, or other common allergens on our equipment. If this changes, we will update this section accordingly.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you authorize us to charge your order total, including taxes and shipping, to that payment method.

Returns and shipping

Purchases are also governed by our Refund and Return Policy and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Two Cousins Coffee Panama name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Two Cousins Coffee Panama LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. "Two Cousins Coffee" is a trademark of Two Cousins Coffee Panama LLC (U.S. trademark application pending).

Third-party links and services

Our site is hosted on Shopify and may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Cousins Coffee Panama LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
