Our Story
Two cousins. One family farm. Coffee roasted where it's grown.
Two Cousins Coffee Panama starts in the highlands of Tierras Altas, Chiriquí, Panama — on our family's farm at 1,200 metres above sea level. Susy and Maria, the two cousins, grew up around these coffee trees. Today Susy is in Oklahoma and Maria is on the family farm in Cerro Punta, Chiriquí, where we grow, harvest, and roast right there at origin.
We grow Catuaí Amarillo — a yellow cherry varietal prized for its clean, sweet cup. Every harvest is picked ripe and sorted by hand, washed, and roasted in small batches so the bag you open tastes like the farm it came from.
Why roast date matters to us
Most coffee sits in warehouses for months before it reaches you. Ours doesn't. Every bag is marked with its roast date, and we never knowingly ship a bag more than 60 days past roast. If it's not fresh enough for our own table, it doesn't ship.
